This website is operated by Math Cognition ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an online mathematics learning program for students (the "Services"). 

By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

Eligibility and Account Responsibility 

Our Services may be used by students of various ages. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. 

Parent or guardian consent is required for users who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

If an account is created for or used by a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Services and for accepting these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that you have obtained the necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts, Security and User Responsibility 

You agree to:

• maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and not share access with others;
• notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Accounts are intended for individual use. Each user must have their own account and must not share login credentials with others. Accounts may be used in a home setting or supervised educational environment (such as a classroom), provided that each user accesses the Services through their own account.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity by a child or other user under your supervision.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect account sharing, misuse, or any breach of these Terms. 

Access, Billing and Renewal 

Access Options

Services are offered with weekly or monthly access options.

Purchase of Access

Each purchase grants access for the selected period (e.g. one week or one month). Access is provided for that period only.

Renewal

To continue access beyond the purchased period, you must manually purchase a new weekly or monthly plan.

Billing

Payment is required at the time of each purchase. We do not automatically charge or renew your access.

Pricing Changes

We may update pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases.

Refunds and Australian Consumer Law 

We do not generally provide refunds for change of mind.

Refunds may be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law, including where there is a fault, technical issue, or inability to access the Services caused by us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund or resupply of the Services.

System Requirements and Access 

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable devices, software (including a compatible web browser), and internet access to use the Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

Acceptable Use 

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• share, resell, or distribute access to the Services;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;

All content provided through the Services, including lessons, videos, worksheets, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to us.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Educational Disclaimer 

The Services are designed to support learning and help students build confidence in mathematics. However, we do not guarantee any specific academic outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, engagement, and external factors.

User Content and Responsibility 

If you submit or upload any content through the Services ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for any content or data entered through your account. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from user-entered information.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.

You must ensure that any User Content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any laws.
